Flir T-Series Thermal Imaging Cameras
View Datasheet
FLIR Systems announces the launch of the all-new
FLIR T620 and T640 professional-grade thermal imaging cameras with an industry-best
307,200 pixel (640 x 480) infrared resolution, a 5 MP visible light digital camera,
and a flexible, ergonomic design with rotating optical block for effective
infrared diagnostics from any angle. FLIR’s best-in-class T620 and T640 tackle
the performance demands of industrial, plant, utility, HVAC, and
building-related professionals with premium capabilities.
The FLIR T620/T640 represent the result of decades of global
leadership in infrared technology, offering users powerful, professional-grade
specifications; the best in human-factor ergonomics; and all-new innovative features
that set the T620/T640 completely apart from thermal imaging camera market:
Segment-Leading Thermal
Imaging Capabilities– 307,200
pixel (640 x 480) IR resolution coupled with 2% accuracy, <0.04°C to
<0.05°C thermal sensitivity, a 2,000°C temperature range, and available 8x
digital zoom deliver astoundingly crisp details even from longer distances.
5MP Digital Camera
–A visual camera with 5 megapixel resolution and 2 LED lamps capture very sharp
visible light images even in dark job sites.
Large 4.3” Full-View
Touchscreen and Viewfinder– The wide, oversized touchscreen displays detailed
images and the industry’s most intuitive and easy-to-use control interface. The
large screen is especially useful for onscreen report creation. The T640’s
color viewfinder is ideal for working in bright or outdoor environments.
Wi-Fi Connectivity
– Quickly share images and reports with mobile devices like an iPhone® or iPad®
using the FLIRViewer app.
Maximum Measurement
Capabilities – Use up to 5 measurement modes with up to 10 measurement
points you can move on the touchscreen for added detail or comparisons. Modes
include: 10 Spots (center); 5 Area Boxes (Min/Max); Isotherm (above/below);
Auto hot/cold spot; and Delta T. Plus, the T640 features convenient measurement
presets.
Class-Leading Ergonomic
Design – With a tilting optical design, users can rotate the optical block as
needed to easily aim the lens at the target location without obstructing access
to the onscreenimage or to the camera’s controls. Oversized buttons and
joystick controls are ideal for gloved operation.
Laser Pointer and
Marker– Built-in laser pointer simplifies aiming and records a
corresponding marker on your IR image for precise annotation.
Scalable P-i-P and
Thermal Fusion – Picture-in-picture and blended fusion capabilities add compelling
context to images by overlaying thermal and visible images.
MeterLink® – Improve
diagnostics and strengthen report findings by wirelessly transmitting vital
diagnostic data from Extech clamp meters and moisture meters directly to the
camera using Bluetooth for instant annotation on thermal images.
Voice & Text Annotation
– Ditch the notebook and voice recorder. Now, add text notes using the
touchscreen keypad and record voice comments using your Bluetooth headset—even
insert voice comments into multimedia diagnostic reports!
InstantReport – Offer
customers “while-you-wait” reports by quickly generating a professional PDF report
while on-site, directly from the camera – without cables or a PC. Easily share
reports using Wi-Fi or a USB memory stick.
Versatile Radiometric
JPEGs – Store up to 1,000 images in FLIR’s exclusive radiometric JPEG
format. Radiometric JPEGS store temperature data for diagnostics and analysis but
they can also be easily shared as-is via email or in Word docs without losing
any temperature data and without any software conversion or file export
process.
With
extras such as MPEG4 video recording, Wi-Fi video streaming, and a wide variety
of palette choices (all invertable), the FLIR T620 and T640 are premium thermal
imagers designed for the thermographer who wants the best capabilities for
maximum results. FLIR T620 and T640 thermal
imagers are available at local FLIR-authorized distributors.
